Rebecca brings more than two decades of experience in senior sales leadership roles, spanning global technology organisations and professional services firms.

She joins DNX Solutions following four years at KPMG Australia, and steps into a growing national business with a clear focus on expanding DNX’s Enterprise customer segment, while maintaining a strong emphasis on long-term customer outcomes.

Rebecca’s background spans 25+ years in sales leadership roles across technology, telecommunications, and professional services, where she has led teams responsible for national growth, strategic accounts, and complex enterprise engagements. Her approach centres on aligning technology decisions to business goals, ensuring customers see measurable outcomes from their investment.

Prior to joining DNX Solutions, Rebecca also held senior sales leadership roles at Microsoft, where she was responsible for leading specialist enterprise sales teams, growing Dynamics CRM and ERP revenue across Australia, and driving partner-led growth through the Microsoft channel ecosystem.

During her time at Microsoft and KPMG Australia, Rebecca achieved several notable outcomes, including:

  • Driving sustained revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market segments by leading national sales and partner teams.
  • Supporting large, complex customer engagements by strengthening pursuit discipline and improving outcomes across major deals.
  • Building and mentoring high-performing sales teams, lifting capability, confidence, and consistency across the sales function.

Rebecca now brings this customer-first, outcome-led approach to DNX Solutions. In her role as National Sales Manager, she will work closely with delivery, security, and modernisation teams to ensure customers are supported through every stage of their transformation journey.
