Sharing knowledge
Sharing knowledge is one of our most important values at DNX. We share knowledge with our clients, and with our entire team, no matter the level of their position or technical knowledge. One way we do this is through monthly status meetings where strategies, goals and achievements are shared by all team members. Transparency is a core trait, ensuring nothing is off-limits no matter what your role is in the company. Frequent ‘lunch and dinner learn’ events invite team members to attend less formal meetings in which different concepts are discussed and people can learn about topics they are interested in. ‘Lunch and dinner learn’ adds an additional layer to the open communication practised at DNX. They expand knowledge and fuel curiosity, with the informality being a constant reminder that no-one needs to get stuck on a technical construct or be afraid to ask when they need help.
Remote-working system
We have had a remote-working system in place from the very beginning, before it became a necessity for most companies across the globe. We chose a remote working model so that our individual team members can be just that, individuals. Whilst we work as a brilliantly cohesive team, we know that everyone has different lifestyles and goals. One of our DNXers has a dream to travel the whole of Australia, and so, he does! Unlike many companies who employ quasi-remote working practices, at DNX we mean it.
Passion and talents
Outside of office hours, we encourage passions and talents. The DNX Summer program gives everyone in the company a chance to explore different activities by having some Friday afternoons off during the year’s warmer months. DNXers are free to spend this time however they please, be it connecting with family, reading a book or playing video games, working on accreditation, or joining the DNX team at a social event.

Positions available
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Architect with a strong focus on Kubernetes and AWS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes environments within the AWS cloud. You will guide our customers through the complexities of Kubernetes adoption in cloud environments, providing solutions that are innovative, secure, and scalable.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT and cloud architecture.
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience in designing, executing, and supporting Kubernetes solutions in AWS.
- Kubernetes Certified (CKA and/or CKAD)
- Hands-on experience in designing, executing, and supporting AWS cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code, with Terraform experience being highly advantageous.
- A strong background in consulting or advisory roles, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional analytical and technical skills, with the ability to work in dynamic and complex environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to convey complex ideas effectively.
Desired Skills
- Additional certifications related to architecture and cloud computing (e.g., AWS SA Professional, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate across teams and work with clients to solve complex problems.
- Desire for learning and ongoing professional development
