From fostering strong client relationships to managing project delivery for companies across industries, including government, education, finance, and telecommunications, Chad is experienced in providing comprehensive support and consulting guidance to customers, regardless of project scale.
In his new role as Client Success Manager, Chad will lead DNX’s Customer Success function. The Customer Success function was created with the goal of streamlining clients’ cloud journeys, enhancing efficiency, and maximising the value of their cloud investments. Using strategies tailored to customers’ needs and goals, Chad and the team will ensure that clients receive proactive support to overcome challenges, optimise their cloud utilisation, and achieve tangible business outcomes.
