Sydney, NSW – [06 November 2026] – DNX Solutions has appointed Thiago Dolabella as Chief Technology Officer to shape its solutions and advise clients on technology strategy, AI and investment priorities.
The decisions with the greatest impact on major technology and AI programs are often made early: which investments to prioritise, who owns each decision and how success will be measured once the program is live. Those choices shape the cost, risk and value of everything that follows, often before a delivery partner is involved.
Dolabella’s appointment brings someone who has made those calls himself, as a bank technology leader, at AWS and as an independent adviser, into those conversations with DNX clients. He will work with client executives to understand their business goals, assess where technology can improve performance and define the capabilities and investment choices needed to deliver those improvements. He will align DNX’s expertise across cloud, data, security, managed services and enterprise platforms with each client’s strategic and operational needs.

A Track Record in Regulated Industries
His career spans more than 20 years across banking, government and critical infrastructure. In Australia, as founder and CEO of NEXENT, he drove cloud modernisation in the power and utilities sector, architecting hybrid-cloud foundations for data centre consolidation and integration platforms connecting SAP with critical operational systems. He also shaped local government technology strategy and investment roadmaps ahead of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
He previously held senior roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Principal Technical Account Manager for Financial Services and Principal Solutions Architect for Worldwide Public Sector across Asia Pacific and Japan. He advised major financial institutions, federal, state and local government agencies, and critical infrastructure organisations on large-scale cloud migration and modernisation strategies across the region.
Before AWS, Dolabella spent eight years at Inter, rising to Head of Enterprise Architecture and leading the design of a bank-wide, cloud-native architecture spanning more than 50 business-critical systems. He also worked with the Central Bank of Brazil (Banco Central do Brasil) on public cloud adoption for regulated banking workloads. Inter has since evolved into a global financial technology platform and is now part of Nasdaq-listed Inter&Co (INTR), serving more than 45 million clients with an ecosystem of nearly 5,000 microservices.
For DNX clients, that means working with someone who has owned both the budget and the outcome, and who has seen from the vendor and customer side why large programs stall.
“Success has to show up in how a client’s business operates,” said Dolabella. “That means setting clear measures, verifying results in day-to-day operations and making sure the improvements last.”
