Sydney, NSW – DNX Solutions, an Australian cloud-native systems integrator and trusted AWS Premier Partner, today announced it has signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) under the Microsoft Modernisation (MODNET) Partner Performance Incentive Program. DNX is one of only a select group of partners in the APJ region formally recognised through this initiative.
The MODNET Partner Performance Incentive Program is an AWS initiative designed to accelerate the modernisation of .NET applications and SQL Server databases on AWS. By signing the SCA, DNX is officially recognised as a partner with the experience, capability, tools, and methodologies required to lead complex Microsoft workload modernisation initiatives.
Migrosoft Modernisation Incentive Program and What This Means for Customers
For many organisations, the case for modernising .NET applications and SQL Server environments is clear. The costs are real: inflated licensing fees, ageing architectures that slow delivery, and operational overhead that pulls teams away from work that actually moves the business forward. What’s less clear is how to do it without disrupting the systems the business runs on.
Through the MODNET program, DNX clients gain:
- Access to proven Microsoft workload modernisation expertise, recognised by AWS
- Structured methodologies to reduce risk and accelerate outcomes
- AWS-backed tools, including AWS Transform for .NET
- Confidence in a partner trusted to deliver end-to-end transformation
- Transparent performance tracking via AWS Marketplace and Partner Revenue Measurement (PRM)
The goal isn’t just migration. It’s getting organisations onto modern, scalable infrastructure that’s built to grow with the business, without the legacy constraints holding them back.
Why DNX
Modernisation projects stall for a reason. They’re complex, resource-intensive, and the risk of disruption to business-critical systems makes many organisations hesitant to start. DNX was built to change that.
The Strategic Collaboration Agreement is AWS’s formal recognition that DNX has the capability to deliver Microsoft modernisation outcomes at scale. In practice, that means end-to-end support across the full journey:
- From initial advisory and planning through to implementation and enablement
- Migrating complex SQL Server estates and re-platforming legacy .NET applications
- Reducing licensing dependencies and operational overhead
For mid-market businesses and enterprises alike, this means access to a partner with proven methodologies, deep cloud-native expertise, and the AWS backing to deliver with confidence. As Kelly Griffin, GM & CTO of DNX, puts it:
“Being one of only a few partners in the APJ region recognised under this program highlights AWS’s trust in DNX’s expertise, tools, and methodologies. It validates our ability to help clients modernise complex Microsoft environments with confidence, reduce licensing dependencies, and unlock long-term business value. This agreement strengthens our partnership with AWS and reinforces our commitment to delivering large-scale modernisation outcomes for our clients.”
