Sydney, NSW – [24 February 2026] – DNX has appointed Renato Tavares as its new Modernisation Practice Lead, supporting the company’s continued growth and increasing focus on large-scale transformation programs.

Renato transitions into the role from his position leading DNX’s Managed Services capability, reflecting both the strength of that practice and rising customer demand for modernisation across complex enterprise environments.
Leadership Built in Production
Renato brings more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, most recently leading the Managed Services business at DNX. In this role, he was accountable for the delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement of mission-critical platforms for middle-market and enterprise customers, working closely with executive stakeholders to build trusted partnerships, strong governance models, and high-performing service delivery teams.
This experience fundamentally shapes Renato’s approach to modernisation. Having supported organisations well beyond go-live, he understands that true modernisation is not defined by technology alone, but by its ability to reduce risk, improve operational reliability, and unlock measurable business outcomes.

He will also drive the expansion of DNX’s capabilities and service portfolio across applications, operating models, business workflows, and consulting services.
His appointment further strengthens DNX’s ability to deliver modernisation initiatives at scale, while Managed Services continues to operate as a mature and well-established capability within the business.
